AQUATICS is the umbrella term for exercises and swimming done in the water. Aquatics activities include various categories: fitness swimming, water exercise, synchronized swimming, diving, open water swimming water games and water therapy. From recreation to competition, from aerobic exercise to rehabilitation therapy, aquatics is enjoyed and valued world-wide by everyone.
